My name is Keith J. Frank and I'm a web designer. I've been fiddling with HTML and graphics since I was 16, which was ten years ago, and I've been a professional designer for a little over four years now. My true passion is making clean, accessible web designs that are eye-catching and standards-compliant.
While I am best known for my custom IPB skins and modifications, I can create and maintain themes and skins for other web software, stand-alone web sites (dynamic and static), custom web-based GUIs and much more!
